I'm cheating again today but I got so many good pictures on my trip that I have to share them. The sun is suppose to come out again tomorrow so I'm going to try to get some new pictures.
These pictures are some of the ones I took in the Capitol. This is the dome and the art work is so amazing.
Settings:
Picture 1 f/5.6, ss 1/60 sec., ISO-400
Picture 2 f/5.6, ss 1/200 sec., ISO-200
Picture 3 f/3.5,
ss 1/800 sec., ISO-200

I also love the
Iwo Jima Memorial. It is another of my favorites. I got more of a
silhouette picture for this one because of the lighting/rain. This one turned out better than one I took a few years ago.
What a wonderful array of sights to be seen - Well Done.
ReplyDeleteWonderful! The details on the ceiling and walls are magnificent. Your enlarged photos really show the craftsmanship. I really like the silhouette of the Iwo Jima memorial. Nice shooting.
ReplyDeleteI love the intricate details in these...nice and sharp and so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteLots of good detail. The bottom image is always so moving...especially in silhouette.
