Day 73- Jefferson Memorial

It is so hard for me to pick one picture for each day since I got so many during my D.C. trip. I think I like this one from the Jefferson Memorial. It doesn't do much for the scale of the statue, however, I do like the fact that you can read some of the words around the inside of the dome.

I took this picture at the FDR Memorial. This is the first time I have visited this memorial. There were lots of water falls there so I had to play a little with my shutter speed to get a good picture of the flowing water.

  1. I really like the perspective you took the memorial picture from...those arches in view is a very different scene then I usually see - nice! That water is flowing like silk - very nice job w/ the waterfall!
