ReplyDeleteIt's interesting that the taggers don't feel it's neglected - they obviously are actively using it. Too bad they felt it was appropriate to mark it up this way...
ReplyDeleteIt is too bad that people thing they can deface property owned by others. But when you look at it from a distance there is a design there that wasn't planned. In our city, the property owner has to immediately remove the graffiti or pay the price for the city to do it.
